Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, you must provide the following documentation:

  • Before and After Photos: Dated photographs showing your skin condition at the start of use and after completing the trial period
  • Proof of Product Usage: Images of the empty supplement bottle(s)
  • Physical Information: Your current weight and height for support and product improvement purposes
  • Order Confirmation: Your order number or receipt

Note: For optimal results, we recommend taking one capsule daily.


Return Timeline

  • You have 90 days (3 months) from the date of delivery to initiate a return and provide the required documentation.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and verify your documentation, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or Damaged Products: We cover return shipping costs or provide a free replacement
